The Biznuss & Shineeze... 12 Oct 2011 Daily Chores and their Rewards I think it is fair to say that all of us have at one point enjoyed the rewards of daily chores but then become to hate the rinse and repeat process to daily chores. Now the new Firelands chores do have stepped and content rewards which I do say are fun to achieve… there still are those old chores that… well we refuse to ever do again. In that pile of old chores spread across the vast lands of Azeroth… there are some chores that are what we call EASY MONEY let alone perhaps the means to achieve… cough cough companion Pets perhaps?!? Some also carry easy Honor points to tally up in the Winter grasp battles. Many times it’s a battle of just 5 on 5 or less, in which if you stick to a plan you can quickly gain 500 honor or nearly half a piece of PvP Gear for a short 10 to 15 minutes. Lutes, Laughs & Magic Pikchurs 12 Oct 2011 Darkmoon Days I can remember in the first years of WoW how when the Darkmoon faire was in a town the word spread thru the realm like wildfire and that lil plot of land near the city it had travelled to became a busy hub of gamers looking for special prizes, toys and chores that they could only turn in periodically. Now as the landscape as grown the Darkmoon vendors still go about their day and loyally place out their wares and tents on a schedule as predictable as lossing connection just as you get a chance to roll on the item you have sought for a year in dungeon runs. I think these loyal Faire vendors and keepers need a Bit of attention from the GODz and an upgrade to their chores, rewards, toys, collectible pets and goofy rides that could be dangerous. The Achievement system gives designers an open book of add ons that regardless of merit will surely attract the attention of the population (Ascoli and his Achievers) What kind of new games can you think up for Darkmoon vendors to offer visitors? Submit your entry and we will then have a poll to see which 3 would be the most desired. I will venture to the GODz page and post them at my own peril… they have vexed me in the past but I will not give up trying to deliver the messages that the masses desire… .MORE FUN and adventures goofy or serious to the GODz. Machinima Fun In Darnells episode recently he addresses the conversation that the next big patch from blizzard will contain a revamp of AQ40 and the storyline around that. Bottom line is Blizzard this year is focused with Diablo and bracing for KotOR… coming soon too. Kritics Corner Nope this is not a place where complaints about Paladins and Mage Crit chances and/or avoidance is going to occur… .but the review of dream world movies. Given it costs about 100 gold to go to a movie for a couple… I hope I can help make a decision to go or wait… hope it helps. This month it is a battle between Cowoys & Aliens VS Rise of the Planet of the Apes. Categories are Effects, Make-up, Beauties, Baddies, Good Guys, Lore, Skin and ok we will review storyline.. Quartermaster Reports 12 Oct 2011 Da Armory The Clan Armory now has yet to activate the final 8th tab and the usage of it has yet to be determined. The Armory recently went thru its Semi-Annual cleaning and if there is an item you would like from the Armory and/or your Blood Kin (alts) please send notice to an Elder or Chief. Elder Scryll has requested that clan trades workers begin crafting BLOODTHIRSTY wares for outfitting as many Blood Kin as possible and especially any members looking to join a Boss Team in the War Games. Great Idea Elder Scryll!!! Garrison News Chieftan Morgh had begun reviews for 2 Elder seats of the Council. Well, as many of the Crushers have been gamers for over 10 years or more we now see in WoW what we have seen time and time again in other game engines that exceed the 5 yr lifespan… .CRAYONS or FINGER PAINTS!!! Hehehe Actually it is basically the ability to either color or change the rendering or image of what you are wearing to fit some old or design you have dreamed of doing for a long time. They call this on the forums Transmogrification. This is the second addition to the game that puts a portion of design in the hands of the players themselves. The Arcane Reforger was the First ability that came into the game. Now we know that we never will get housing so I guess this is the designers way of giving the players some personalization… but it really is a way to give up some of the control to the players. Fireland Camps begin to Open 12 Oct 2011 Firebases Open Three Firelands Boss areas have officially been declared “FARM STATUS” by Elder Kailand’s advance Strike team. Locking down the whole lower half of the Firelands has yet to be secured. Ragnoros’s forces continue to spawn and the area is still dangerous to the under equipped or inexperienced raider. Elder Kailands team have slowed their offense and begun to strengthen their primary assault team as well as begin to bring up their reserves to the fight in order to put more boots on the ground as they move against the unyielding defenders of Ragnoros in the Firelands as it is today. The Skullcrusher strike force has begun to break down the forces and defenses of the remaining defending Bosses; Balaeroc, Alysarzors and Major Domo. After some great battles that ebbed and flowed with each side taking the momentum… .
